Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr
About the Role Were hiring our first Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life across digital channels, product marketing, and internal assets. This is a high-impact, creative-first role where youll collaborate across the marketing, product, and leadership teams to shape how the world sees and experiences Pump.
Responsibilities
Design and produce high-quality visual assets for web, email, social, events, and sales enablement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and thought leadership
Own and evolve Pumps brand systemensuring visual consistency across all public touchpoints
Create custom graphics, illustrations, infographics, and occasionally motion/animated assets
Contribute to design strategy, campaign brainstorming, and creative ideation sessions
Support presentation design for executive and investor communications
Qualifications 35 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in a B2B SaaS or fast-paced startup environment
Proficiency in Framer, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools
Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
Excellent collaboration and communicationcomfortable working across teams
Ability to work in a fast-moving, feedback-driven environment
Bonus: experience in motion graphics, short-form video editing, or illustration
