Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Education: A bachelor\'s degree in Journalism/Communication or equivalent field is required.
Experience: At least 1 year reporting/journalism experience.
Licensure & Certifications
Preferred Qualifications:
Job Duties
- 80% - Writing and reporting short and long form radio news stories on local and regional news stories of interest for WEKU Audience. Post digital content online.
- 15% - Coordinate reporting efforts with Kentucky Public Radio and Appalachian Mid South News Hub Collaborations.
- 5% - Other duties as assigned.
