CUMULUS currently features 8 stations in the area and surrounding counties with market-leading stations including KATM, KDJK, KHKK, KESP, KHOP, KJOY, KWIN, and KWNN. The cluster reaches hundreds of thousands of listeners daily and extends its reach with digital products.

Position overview: KATM Stockton/Modesto (Kat Country 103) is seeking an engaging, high-energy on-air talent who can captivate listeners and drive engagement on-air and on social media. You will be a prominent entertainer during drive-time in California\'s Northern San Joaquin Valley. If this sounds like you, apply now.

Responsibilities

• Host or co-host shows with entertaining information and local, community-driven content
• Daily commercial production
• Act as an influencer for the station, participating in station and client events/appearances
• Engage with the community and build relationships with consumers and clients
• Demonstrate creativity and passion for entertainment, digital and social media
• Assist in production and imaging of the station
• Handle emergency news/weather on air and be on call for weather disasters/breaking news

Qualifications

• On-air experience with a successful ratings history preferred
• Strong production skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social networking
• Strong knowledge of FCC rules and regulations
• Well-informed and in tune with local and national trends; ability to discuss topics relevant to on-air discussions
• Demonstrated creativity on air and online
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate
• Show, interview, commentary, social media, and video work samples should be included in the online profile/application

Pay

USD $55,000.00 - USD $65,000.00 /Yr.
