Overview

Think Tell Junction is seeking a dynamic Public Relations Specialist to join the marketing team. In this role, you will shape and maintain the organization’s public image and reputation, and develop strategic communication plans for media, stakeholders, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance the organization’s image and visibility.
• Draft and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other PR materials to targeted media outlets.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers to secure coverage and foster goodwill.
• Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify PR opportunities.
• Coordinate and manage press events, conferences, and media interviews to support key initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create consistent messaging across all communication platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in public relations or a related area.
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in media relations and understanding of the news cycle.
• Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
