In this role, you will manage all aspects of Design Studio operations, including product and option development, negotiation and pricing, contract documentation and administration, and integration into existing operations. You will work closely with Design Studio staff and Operations leaders to administer the color selection and option processes while building customer relations. This is an excellent opportunity to oversee design studio operations and builder-option programs for one of the nation\'s most respected Fortune 500 companies.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Design Studio operations in Greenville, including product and option development, negotiation and pricing, contract documentation and administration, and integration into existing operations.
• Collaborate with Design Studio staff and Operations leaders to ensure efficient administration of the color selection and option process and to build strong customer relations.
• Oversee design studio operations and builder-option programs for Toll Brothers.

Qualifications

• Experience with operational dynamics of the home building process, with emphasis on project or purchasing management.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• A college degree is preferred.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented manager with proven success in team building and problem solving.
