Overview

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior UX Designer in Acton, MA. Summary: We're looking for a strategic and experienced Senior UX Designer to lead high-impact initiatives across multiple digital touchpoints. You'll own complex projects, influence product strategy, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver cohesive, accessible, and empowering experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design for web and cross-platform experiences
• Own large-scale design initiatives from discovery through delivery
• Advocate for user needs and influence product direction
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specs using tools like Figma, Miro, and Confluence
• Collaborate with research and technical teams to ensure safe, effective, and inclusive solutions
• Contribute to design systems and unify fragmented experiences
• Mentor other designers and foster a strong UX culture

Requirements

• 5-8 years of UX/product design experience across web, mobile, and portals
• Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and polished execution
• Experience in Agile environments and cross-functional collaboration
• Expertise in usability, accessibility, and responsive design
• Strategic mindset with excellent storytelling and communication skills
• Passion for inclusive design and continuous improvement

Base pay range

$75.00/hr - $87.00/hr
