Job Title: Senior UX Researcher

Work Location: Chicago, IL

Duration: 12 months Contract

Hourly Rate: $60.00-$62.00 per hour

Top Technical Skills

1. Ability to uncover deep customer insights
2. Strong stakeholder management
3. Proficiency in UX research methodologies and documentation

Experience & Education

• 8-10 years of UX research experience Required.
• Educational background in Social Sciences, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related UX discipline.
• Some design experience is acceptable, but the focus is on deep research capability.

Tools & Platforms Used

• Miro – for collaboration and research synthesis
• Dovetail – for video editing and qualitative research analysis
• Canon tools – for capturing research (likely video or photography)
• Airtable – for project management
• Aha! – for product planning
• Figma – for design collaboration
