lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring company-directed VM strategies and standards to life in-store, delivering world-class guest experiences through product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing elements.
Job Summary
The Visual Merchandising Specialist executes product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing elements to optimize guests’ experiences. They implement key product stories, product placement strategies, and sell-through initiatives by managing merchandise changes, product displays, and mannequin styling, in accordance with company standards and store needs.
Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
- Maintain brand standards in key product stories, product placement, and intuitive store navigation to deliver a guest-centric experience.
- Execute product presentation consistent with company standards to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
- Perform VM flips, window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal or weekly merchandise changes, as well as campaigns and initiatives.
- Engage with guests to assess needs, provide technical product education, and integrate omnichannel programs into a seamless end-to-end experience.
- Provide feedback and in-the-moment training related to brand standards, product placement, and visual display techniques to support team development.
- Create a respectful and inclusive team environment by building supportive relationships with team members.
Job Requirements
- Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located. Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.
- Schedule / Availability: Schedule varies by store needs. Shifts typically include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Peak times may require early mornings or late nights/overnights for some roles.
- Experience: 1 year of retail or sales experience. Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning, or related field.
- Assets (nice to have): High school diploma/GED or higher; training or degree in design or related field. Experience in retail product merchandising, visual merchandising, or inventory management; project management or business operations exposure. For experiential stores with food/beverage service: food safety and/or liquor service certification.

Work Context
Work involves moving through the store with potential bright lights and music. Requires teamwork and may involve moving boxes, fixtures, and mannequins up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg), bending, reaching, stretching, and possibly using ladders.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.01/hour, subject to location minimums.
- Target Bonus: $2.00/hour
- Total Target Base Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.01/hour
