ESC has an exciting opportunity for an AV Producer to join our premier client's team in Culver City, CA. This is a full-time position starting as a 6-monthcontract. This position operates Monday-Friday 9:00am-7:00pm with the possibility of overtime and night / weekend / holiday work. The AV Producer will be instrumental in managing, maintaining, and distributing video marketing assets for campaigns.

This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Head of AV Production, and will lead AV post-production for assigned titles—ensuring every deliverable is completed on time, on budget, and with the highest quality standards. You will serve as the go-to resource for all video-specific projects and work cross-functionally with creative, production, and marketing teams. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in AV production, post pipelines, editorial, and finishing workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operational aspects of AV marketing projects-trailers, teasers, promos, sizzles, and TV spots-from concept to delivery for assigned titles.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors and Campaign Managers to align deliverables with campaign schedules and budgets.
• Oversee workflows and vendor teams responsible for offline editorial, VFX, motion graphics, animation, and AV finishing (mixing, color, conform, QC, mastering).
• Create schedules, determine resourcing needs, track costs, and manage timelines.
• Obtain approvals, maintain stakeholder communication, and drive projects forward efficiently.
• Ensure AV team workflows, tracking systems, and documentation support on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Work closely with internal Studio Post-Production and external title post teams to understand footage availability and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate the delivery of AV assets to a variety of partners, with attention to technical accuracy, DCP formats, versioning, and trafficking needs.
• Manage external vendors, deliver creative feedback, and ensure content meets quality standards.
• Support marketing and social teams with clip pulls and ensure correct codecs and formats for final assets.
• Handle network / talent / music clearances and localization for international markets.

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in AV production or creative services at a studio, streamer, agency, or network.
• Expertise in AV post workflows : editorial, visual effects, animation, mastering, and finishing.
• Experience managing creative video projects in high-volume, deadline-driven environments.
• Familiarity with digital asset management systems and delivery pipelines.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop), Avid, and project management tools.
• Strong understanding of AV formats, encoding, in-theater deliverables (DCP), and international servicing.
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Production, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Prior experience in publishing web content and managing large-scale video asset deliveries.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on international marketing campaigns for streaming or theatrical releases.
• Deep understanding of post-production workflows and storage systems.
• Familiarity with Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, and HDR pipelines.
• Experience managing live-action shoots and external production agencies.
• Comfortable with EPK / BTS camera workflows and content prep.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, prioritize effectively, and adapt in fast-paced environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of collaborative, cross-functional leadership.
• Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and drives results.
• Experience in managing network clearances, international routing, and compliance deliverables.
