Responsibilities
Adhering to SLAs Handling tickets / requests Perform root cause analysis Troubleshooting technical issues Defining processes and ensuring that the processes are adhered to Oversees and is responsible for successful completion of Installation, configuration and migration Ensure maximum uptime according to the SLA Understanding of Multi-geo support environment Technical Requirements
3-5+ years of experience in Voice & Video Technologies, especially in Microsoft teams technology and enterprise Voice network environment. Experience of Teams, Lenovo thinksmart manager other similar management portals for video conferencing is must Troubleshooting and Operational experience on TMS, Conductor, MCUs, CTMS, Immerisive Endpoints & ISDN gateways Troubleshooting experience on Video Endpoints-Cisco CTS- TX, DX , EX, MX, SX, CTS 500, 1100, 1310, 3010, 3210, IX 5000, 5200 Hands on experience of scheduling meetings, multi party conferences, AD-Hoc & static conferences Understanding of meeting rooms infrastructure like phones, Video cameras, Projector etc. In Depth understanding of Microsoft teams admin/Registration process, troubleshooting and provisioning Understanding of Zoom Meeting, Microsoft Teams and Cloud deployments for conferencing, Integrated AV Understanding of Prime Collaboration manager/TMS, Video Analytics and Management Exposure of Video/Conferencing Consumption reporting tool - Vyopta Analytics Assist Whiteglove and VC room based engineers for Codec reset, & room based equipment troubleshooting Soft Skills
Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written) Good documentation skills Should have a excelent customer handling skills Able to handle high presure situations High level of acceptance Can drive HCL's value and its methodology Other Skills / Experience
Good to have experience on Prysm and Vyopta Analytics tool Good to have experience on Polycom and MTR tools Understanding of 3rd party Crestron and room based Video integration solutions Years of Experience
