Lead Exhibit Designer
to take on a pivotal role in our exciting projects. This role is perfect for high-level performers who thrive in managing relationships and have the ability to take the lead on projects with minimal oversight. As the Lead Designer, you will significantly influence the overall design direction and connect innovative design solutions with project strategies. Key Responsibilities (80%): Client Engagement:
Present your designs during client meetings, conduct design workshops, and lead consultant coordination sessions. Design Development:
Utilize your fluency in Vectorworks and architectural coordination to create captivating designs. Develop 3D digital models, presentation visuals, and documentation. Management:
Understand project phases, generate work plans, review submittals, and maintain organized project files. Team Contributions (20%): Recruitment & Mentorship:
Assist in hiring processes, mentor junior staff, and enhance team skills through training and guidance. Professional Development:
Attend industry events and share insights with the team. Ensure adherence to best practices in design processes. Benefits:
