We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide vital speech therapy services to students in the Sugar Land, TX area. Key Responsibilities Provide speech-language therapy services to students with various communication disorders. Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans for students. Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to therapy as needed. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to foster student success. Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current Texas state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist. ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred. Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is preferred, but not required. Skills and Abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping students succeed.
