Associate Director, Consumer Marketing - Body Contouring. The Associate Director, Consumer Marketing will develop, direct and execute the marketing strategy and brand campaigns that attract, engage and retain body contouring consumers and build brand affinity and loyalty for CoolSculpting and CoolTone. This includes creative, paid digital, social media channels and assets (paid and organic) and websites for both brands. This role is the day-to-day owner of essential marketing programs and works with the Head of Marketing to ensure brand positioning and strategic imperatives are integrated into brand campaigns and to ensure all initiatives support brand awareness/consideration and consideration/trial goals. The role will manage a marketing budget inclusive of non-working and working media to drive the business goals for the brand in the U.S., including executing our new business model for CoolSculpting and expanded label for CoolTone. Location: Irvine, CA (as described in responsibilities and compensation details). This role requires collaboration across internal teams and external agencies to ensure marketing is rooted in strategy and consistent across touchpoints, with strong leadership and a consumer-focused lens. Responsibilities

Lead in the development of annual brand planning, including business objectives, strategies and translation of strategies to marketing programs and campaigns for CoolSculpting and CoolTone. Lead the consumer strategy, budget planning and execution for expanded market in medical weight loss patient population and consumer activation. Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies to develop creative and content for all channels. Lead the strategic development of the media mix and the execution of the media plan, with ongoing data analysis to inform optimization. Lead the implementation of marketing programs from concept to execution, driving collaboration among internal and external partners. Develop campaign briefs that identify key consumers, program objectives and strategies, KPIs and a successful measurement plan. Manage external partners (creative agency, media agency, web development) to ensure clear direction, timely execution and budget alignment. Lead social media strategy and content development; recommend optimizations to improve consideration and drive conversion. Train and support CoolSculpting & CoolTone practices on external marketing best practices; help optimize consumer marketing strategies. Support sales team on consumer marketing training needs and strategy execution. Lead partnership initiatives to increase brand awareness for CoolTone and improve brand sentiment for CoolSculpting. Develop working relationships with Regulatory, Legal, Medical and Compliance to ensure creative meets requirements. Participate in market research and integrate insights into tactical execution. Lead internal and partner with external creative teams to develop, manage and execute an annual 360-degree communication calendar. Lead the management and maintenance of brand websites, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely updates. Provide analysis and reports on digital, OOH, social campaigns and web performance. Develop and manage the consumer media budget. Qualifications

Bachelors degree in related field required; MBA or related Masters Degree preferred. 10+ years of consumer marketing/brand management experience executing 360-degree brand campaigns. Preferred experience in aesthetics, beauty, wellness or CPG marketing. Agency Management experience preferred. Supervisory experience. Essential Skills, Experience, And Competencies
