What We Need
Brady Corporation is seeking a Senior User Experience (UX) Designer who will be responsible for researching and designing the digital products users of our printers, scanners, and engravers interact with. You will conduct user research activities, collaborate with business and technical project teammates, and create wireframes of the optimal user experiences. This is an onsite role in Plymouth, MN.
What You'll Be Doing
Conducting user interviews
Participating in competitive analysis
Supporting product management-led Voice of Customer activities
Leveraging various forms of user research including analytics and customer feedback
Developing user flows based on project requirements and user research
Conducting user testing (moderated, unmoderated, in-person, remote)
Creating wireframes
Creating interactive prototypes
Brainstorming with teammates across an entire project
Working alongside developers and product managers to ensure design assets are implemented in a way that meets user and business requirements
What You Will Need To Be Successful
Degree in a design-related field (e.g. UX, interaction, graphic design, industrial design) or equivalent experience
Comfort with frequent collaboration with different roles across a project
Familiarity with wireframing and prototype tools such as Figma, Axure, Adobe XD, Sketch
Salary Range: $85,300 - $124,850/Year
