Role Associate Director – US GI Marketing – Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC)
Position Summary:
The
Associate Director, HCC Marketing
will play a critical role in driving the recent launch and supporting the development and execution of brand strategies to drive success of OPDIVO+YERVOY in HCC. Specifically, this individual would utilize data and insights to assess market potential, identify key opportunities/barriers, translate insights into an ambitious and actionable strategy, develop HCP resources, and effectively execute tactical plans with cross-matrix partners.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy: Support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to maximize commercial success.
Marketing Strategy: Contribute to brand positioning, messaging, and customer segmentation to strengthen competitive differentiation.
Marketing Strategy: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of lifecycle strategies.
Marketing Strategy: Work with the matrix to plan market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Marketing Strategy: Monitor competitive market and recommend strategic responses.
Marketing Strategy: Leverage data analytics and customer insights to optimize brand strategy and execution.
Marketing Strategy: Work closely with sales, market access, regulatory, and medical affairs teams to align marketing initiatives with broader commercial goals.
Marketing Strategy: Support the development of field materials, training programs, and digital marketing campaigns.
Marketing Strategy: Engage with external partners, including agencies and vendors, to ensure high-quality execution of marketing programs.
Marketing Strategy: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze marketing effectiveness.
Marketing Strategy: Provide business insights and recommendations to the Director and senior leadership.
Marketing Strategy: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient execution of marketing initiatives.
Key Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, brand management, or lifecycle management (oncology experience is an asset).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Experience in hematology or oncology pharmaceutical marketing.
Familiarity with digital marketing trends, omnichannel engagement, and customer-centric strategies.
Experience in utilizing primary and secondary market research to inform strategy.
Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management.

Compensation and Benefits Compensation Overview:
Princeton - NJ - US: $164,990 - $199,933
The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
