Client Engagement:
Provide in-depth consultations in clients' homes, understanding their needs and recommending products that best fit their requirements. Sales and Design Proposals:
Skillfully design and propose solutions that integrate our windows and siding products, enhancing the aesthetic and functionality of client homes. Project Coordination:
Work closely with clients from the initial interaction through the completion of their projects, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Market Awareness:
Maintain knowledge of the latest industry trends and local market dynamics to address client concerns and position our products competitively. Business Development:
Establish relationships with local entities such as country clubs, realtors, and businesses, leveraging networking to expand our customer base and drive business growth. Qualifications
Proven Sales Experience:
Extensive track record of success as an in-home salesperson; experience in window and siding sales is highly preferred. Motivated and Independent:
Ability to work independently in the field, driven by achieving sales goals and client satisfaction. Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and collaborate with internal teams. Physical Requirements:
Ability to travel regularly within the
San Diego area
