We’re hiring experienced UX/UI Designers who bring clarity to complex workflows and ship elegant, usable products. You’ll represent the customer throughout discovery, design, and delivery—translating research and insights into intuitive, accessible interfaces across web and mobile. What You’ll Do
Drive end-to-end UX initiatives and help shape product UX strategy. Partner with product & engineering to define problem spaces, concepts, and success metrics. Champion design quality, accessibility, and a measurable UX practice. Design Execution
Own the full design lifecycle: concepts, flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, prototypes, and design reviews. Simplify complex financial journeys with clear information architecture and interaction patterns. Evolve and contribute to design systems, guidelines, and standards. Research & Validation
Plan and run user research, usability tests, and competitor audits; synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights. Iterate quickly based on feedback, data, and experiment results. Leverage AI tools where useful to accelerate exploration, variation, and documentation. Present work clearly to peers and executives; defend decisions with evidence. Work within agile teams and advocate for design across the product lifecycle. Partner with adjacent teams (e.g., marketing, operations, support) to ensure cohesive experiences. What You Bring
5+ years in UX/UI or Product Design delivering software at scale (enterprise or fintech a plus). Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and shipped impact across desktop, mobile, and tablet. Expertise with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, InVision, Axure or equivalents). Fluency in wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and process flows; solid visual/UI craft with attention to interaction details and micro-interactions (motion familiarity a plus). Comfortable planning and facilitating Design Thinking workshops and collaborative sessions. Experience working in agile environments; ability to influence cross-functionally. Up-to-date on UI trends, accessibility best practices, and emerging technologies. Bonus: familiarity with front-end concepts (HTML/CSS), design systems at scale, financial services, or security-sensitive workflows. Fluent English and clear, structured communication. Multiple roles across the U.S. and Canada with hub options in major metros; onsite/hybrid/remote flexibility varies by team. Education
