As a

Retail Marketing Coordinator , you will drive brand visibility, client acquisition, and community engagement across the U.S. retail landscape. Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing & Communications, you will shape and deliver retail marketing initiatives, acting as a brand ambassador within the US market. You will represent the brand at events, partner with retail leadership, and build relationships with local marketing teams, stylists, and external partners. This role requires a proactive and strategic mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and the confidence to represent the brand externally while ensuring all initiatives align with global standards.

Responsibilities

Retail Marketing:

Lead the execution of the U.S. retail marketing calendar, aligning with global brand priorities and regional business needs.

Partner with the Head of U.S. Retail and local retail teams to develop and deliver marketing strategies for key regions (e.g., New York, Florida, California).

Plan and execute marketing initiatives for new store openings to drive visibility and foot traffic.

Build and maintain relationships with external partners (retail management, resorts, local community stakeholders) to create collaborative opportunities that strengthen brand presence.

Oversee production and delivery of marketing collateral and assets reflecting brand standards and on-time delivery.

Act as a brand ambassador in the retail environment at regional store openings, client activations, and partner meetings.

Stylists & Personal Shoppers:

Serve as senior point of contact for the celebrity stylist and personal shopper community, maintaining strong relationships and coordinating sample pulls.

Manage sample inventory within the Beverly Hills boutique, balancing brand exposure with product care.

Coordinate gifting shipments, returns, and write-offs following brand guidelines.

Lead local PR agency coordination as required, maximizing stylist and media opportunities.

Deliver reporting on stylist relationships, celebrity placements, and new opportunities to strengthen brand positioning.

Events & Community Marketing:

Plan, host, and represent the brand at boutique events, client experiences, and community activations.

Act as a visible brand ambassador at events, engaging with clients, partners, and press to convey brand values.

Collaborate with vendors, collaborators, and local marketing teams to ensure flawless event delivery and enhanced client engagement.

Share post-event insights and reporting to measure impact and refine future activations.

Marketing Administration:

Oversee the retail marketing tracker and critical path, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification.

Manage project budgets, raise purchase orders, liaise with suppliers, and reconcile spend according to approvals.

Ensure marketing projects are tracked in Asana for visibility across global teams.

Maintain internal platforms and resources with up-to-date marketing information for retail teams.

Qualifications

Proven experience in luxury or fashion retail marketing, with exposure to both strategy and execution.

Strong organizational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Confident communicator with experience representing a brand at events and to senior stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Strong understanding of the U.S. luxury fashion and retail landscape.

Excellent written and verbal communication with a polished, ambassadorial presence.

Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for luxury fashion and client experience.
