Overview
We’re hiring a full-time Director of Paid Media to lead paid media strategy across our portfolio, optimize acquisition efforts, and deliver measurable results that drive growth. This role is not freelance or agency-based. You will oversee day-to-day campaign execution and operations across large spend levels in DTC. What You’ll Do
Oversee and manage day-to-day paid media budget allocation ($500K+ / day), ensuring efficient spend and maximum ROI Develop attribution insights across channels to guide budget allocation and channel strategy Lead and mentor a team of senior media buyers, providing guidance and ensuring high-performance execution Stay hands-on in platform operations (social, search, video / display) to drive campaign success and lead by expertise Deliver actionable insights to the executive team on channel performance, audience behavior, and ad efficiency Partner with creative, web, and analytics teams to build scalable, highly efficient funnels What We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience in paid media strategy and execution with proven multi-channel results 3+ years of management experience leading media buyers or paid media specialists Demonstrated success scaling 8-figure ad accounts while maintaining efficiency and growth Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, Shopping / PMax, and TikTok Proficiency with attribution and incrementality platforms (Triple Whale, Northbeam, Rockerbox, Haus) Exceptional analytical skills; data-driven approach to optimization Strong problem-solving ability to diagnose performance issues and implement actionable solutions Operates like the CEO of their domain while communicating effectively with stakeholders Experience in a startup or hypergrowth DTC environment Experience with subscription or recurring revenue models Compensation & Benefits
