Solstice Literary Magazine is seeking a Digital Advertising Assistant to help us expand our reach through strategic use of Google Ads.

Role Overview

This is a perfect opportunity for an early-career marketer, student, or recent graduate interested in digital advertising. You’ll work closely with our small, dedicated team to help plan, build, and optimize Google Ads campaigns that promote our new issues, submission calls, and special events.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in setting up and managing Google Ads campaigns
• Conduct keyword research and craft effective, engaging ad copy
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics
• Collaborate on A/B testing and audience targeting strategies
• Provide brief performance reports and insights

What We’re Looking For

• Familiarity with Google Ads (certification a plus, but not required)
• Passion for digital marketing and/or the literary arts
• Curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to learn
• Attention to detail and comfort working independently
• Strong communication and writing skills
