The role involves proactively identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, improve QA processes, and enhance how AEM is utilized. Precision, efficiency and CMS experience will be key to success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve QA processes related to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Support and optimize AEM usage, including content publishing and authoring workflows.
• Collaborate with marketing, localization, and IT teams to ensure smooth web releases and sprint-based publishing schedules.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot publishing and authoring issues within AEM.
• Experience managing updates for multilingual websites and supporting localized content workflows.
• Familiarity with DAMs for asset publishing and validation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, localization, and IT teams.
• Experience supporting web releases or sprint-based publishing schedules.
• Familiarity with issue tracking or project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Initiative in identifying and improving inefficient workflows or tooling.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and cross-functional collaboration.
