Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience, so be sure to discuss this with your recruiter.

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Illustrator and Graphic Designer to create innovative designs and illustrations that capture our brand's essence and appeal to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Design and illustrate unique graphics for proprietary products including greeting cards, calendars, gift items, and wrapping paper.
• Adapt your illustration style in response to feedback, ensuring your work meets project needs.
• Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.
• Engage in weekly product reviews with the Design and Merchant team, presenting your creative concepts to the wider group.
• Work collaboratively in a team as well as independently, fostering strong relationships with fellow designers.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in design, stationery, home goods, and fashion to inspire seasonal concepts and trend meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in graphic design, illustration, or a related field.
• Three or more years of relevant design experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Procreate.
• Solid understanding of print production processes and terminology including typesetting, bleeds, die lines, and preflight.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative spirit.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high-quality results even in straightforward tasks.
