We have the opportunity to design an industry-defining company and create new paradigms, ideas, and feelings for how millions of Americans interact with their liabilities. Were going to do so with a lean team of designers.

Overview

Were looking for a special content designer whose work speaks for itself. You will translate complex parts into digestible content while working fast. Your day-to-day may include creating blog post assets read by leading operators, designing conference booths, creating new website pages, and building LinkedIn ads.

Some companies whose content inspires us include Airbnb, Robinhood, Coinbase and Perplexity. These are technology companies with iconic brands built on being different. We want to do the same and you will help lead that charge.

Responsibilities
  • Design blog post assets, 1-pagers, slide decks, company swag, conference booths, ads, and more
  • Incorporate data and user research into content decisions
  • Help define how content at Method gets produced, reviewed, and released at scale
Who Youll Work With

You will primarily work with Brianna, Jess, and Devan. We also partner with external contractors and agencies for specialized design work; you may hire a contractor if appropriate.

As a company, weve hit an inflection point. Weve processed over $1B in payments and helped 50M+ consumers connect accounts on the largest apps in the world. Today, our content bottleneck is design, and this role exists to change that by building a strong content design function.

Who You Are And How Youll Add Value

Were looking for someone who can design great content and evolve our brand. You will work with the Head of Product Marketing and Sales teams, and with the design leadership to define and evolve our brand. The right person is a full-stack creative who can take projects from 0 to 1 and handle multiple initiatives.
