Were seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Specialist with at least 3 years of experience on behalf of one of our clients in the Miami area. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about learning and evolving in the marketing space. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded marketing professional with hands-on experience across digital channels, events, and customer engagement strategies.
Responsibilities
- Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow brand presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook; create engaging content and track performance.
- Event Marketing: Coordinate and promote webinars, trade shows, and industry events; support logistics and post-event follow-up.
- Email & SMS Marketing: Develop and deploy targeted campaigns using marketing automation tools; optimize for engagement and conversion.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams to produce compelling content for website, newsletters, landing pages, and social media.
- Product Marketing: Manage product listings across digital platforms, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency; optimize listings for search visibility and conversion; plan and execute promotional campaigns to drive product awareness and sales.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong project management abilities
- A proactive learner who stays current with marketing trends and technologies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies
- Experience in lead generation and nurturing campaigns
