Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain our company's social media presence on various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

- Monitor social media trends, identify opportunities for engagement, and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and reach our target audience.

- Utilize tools like SEMRush, Hootsuite, Social Sprout, and Phantombuster to schedule and automate social media posts effectively.

- Familiarity with content management system WordPress to create and publish engaging and SEO-friendly content on our website and social media channels.

- Handle incoming messages, inquiries, and comments, ensuring prompt and professional responses.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create eye-catching and persuasive advertisements.

- Assist with customer inquiries and support using Zoho or other relevant platforms.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve our social media strategy.

Requirements:

- Current student or recent graduate with a strong interest in social media marketing.

- Proficiency or willingness to learn popular social media tools such as SEMRush, Hootsuite, Social Sprout, and Phantom Buster.

- Familiarity with content management system WordPress.

- Ability to create visually appealing graphics and advertisements.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with our online community effectively.

- Proactive and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail.

- Basic understanding of analytics to measure the performance of social media efforts.

- Must be located in the local area to attend occasional in-person meetings or events.
