As a Senior Marketing Manager for Paid Media, you will play a key role in driving customer acquisition through Display and Paid Social channels across web and mobile applications. In this position, you will:

  • Lead and manage paid advertising initiatives to drive customer acquisition, which includes budgeting, forecasting, and campaign measurement.
  • Enhance tracking, attribution, and data access for analyzing key performance metrics, with a focus on ROI.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners in the digital marketing ecosystem, including DSPs and social platforms.
  • Deliver comprehensive performance reports and analyses on marketing campaigns, implementing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with technical, business, finance, and design teams within Amazon to execute multiple time-sensitive projects effectively.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional marketing professionals across Amazon to establish best practices and a unified marketing vision.
  • Explore new and existing platforms through testing and data analysis to identify growth opportunities for customers.

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A proven track record in creating innovative marketing programs for customer acquisition via Paid Social and Display advertising.
  • Strong time management skills to thrive in a dynamic environment while juggling competing priorities.
  • Robust analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and presentation of insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with an attention to detail in driving strategic decisions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of professional marketing experience.
  • Experience in building and executing cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Ability to utilize data and metrics for measuring impact and driving improvements.
  • Experience presenting metrics to senior leadership.
  • BA/BS, MBA, or equivalent work experience.
  • 6+ years of ROI-focused digital marketing experience in a consumer-facing technology organization.
  • Experience managing multi-million dollar paid media budgets.
  • Experience developing marketing programs across international markets.
  • Advanced Excel skills for handling large data sets.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in performance marketing for consumer technology products or services.
  • Knowledge of the entertainment or media industry, particularly in subscription services.
  • Experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMP) such as Appsflyer or Branch.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, social media platforms, and other DSPs.
