About The Role
As a Visual Merchandising Leader, you will play a crucial role in executing impactful visual merchandising strategies and ensuring operational excellence. Your efforts will enhance the customer experience and drive sales through creative visual storytelling.
What You'll Do
- Partner with store leadership to strategize and execute visual merchandising plans.
- Consistently implement corporate visual presentation standards and resources.
- Update and refresh merchandise displays based on inventory and sales performance.
- Enhance visual and merchandise presentations throughout the store.
- Maintain and organize all visual components in a clean and orderly workspace.
- Oversee installation and execution of visual and merchandising projects in collaboration with store leadership.
- Conduct regular store inspections with leadership to address visual priorities.
- Collaborate with the District Visual Lead to align on company strategies.
- Follow product protection guidelines to minimize loss.
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
- Provide outstanding customer service by acknowledging and assisting shoppers throughout the store.

Required
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to travel as needed for new store openings.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible schedule including availability on days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred
- Experience in retail or service industries.
Pay Range: $16.65 - $26.15
