In this role, you will:
- Transform complex ideas and features into clear, engaging shopping experiences that resonate with our brand.
- Design compelling assets that elevate Ring's marketing campaigns for both owned and paid channels.
- Leverage user research, A/B testing, and behavioral data to guide your design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs using Figma and other industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate closely with brand, copywriting, product, and development teams to ensure consistency in implementation.
- Advocate for accessibility, mobile-first design, and user empathy throughout the design process.
- Stay current with design trends and marketing innovations to enhance your creative output.
- Contribute to the enhancement of Ring’s growing brand design system, ensuring reuse and consistency where applicable.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of design experience.
- An online portfolio showcasing your work.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience with mass-market consumer web and mobile products.
- Experience collaborating within a team and working directly with developers to implement designs.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across various US geographic markets, with a base pay range of $106,000/year to $184,000/year depending on market location and individual experience. Additional compensation may include equity, sign-on bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.
