What Youll Do:
- Operate and maintain vinyl cutting and printing machines (e.g., Roland, Graphtec, Mimaki)
- Prepare and install vehicle graphics, wraps, decals, and paint protection films
- Calibrate equipment for optimal cutting, printing, and lamination quality
- Collaborate with design and install teams to ensure accurate execution of custom orders
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance
- Manage vinyl inventory and assist with material selection for custom jobs
What You Bring:
- Hands-on experience with vinyl graphics machines and installation tools
- Strong attention to detail and alignment precision
- Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, FlexiSIGN) is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret design specs and vehicle templates
- Comfortable working in a shop environment with tight deadlines
- A passion for automotive customization and craftsmanship
