What youll do

• Design clean, intuitive, and creative UX/UI for our AI Cloud Employees.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into user flows, wireframes, and polished interfaces.
• Build and iterate prototypes in Figma; present design options and gather feedback.
• Apply working knowledge of developer tools (HTML, Java, C++) to ensure designs are practical and implementation-ready.
• Support launches and product rollouts by delivering design assets and collaborating with developers.
  

Who you are

• Early-career (new/recent grads welcome) with internships, projects, or 03 years in UX/UI design.
• Skilled in Figma (required) with a strong portfolio of design work.
• Creative and user-focused, with a passion for making products both beautiful and functional.
• Familiar with coding basics (HTML, Java, C++), enough to design with developer needs in mind.
• Hungry to learn, humble, flexible, and energized by fast-growing teams.
  
  

Your first 60 days (youll be trained, so come curious):

• Learn Signals product + design standards; shadow customer-facing implementations.
• Own simple UX/UI projects; present prototypes to the product team.
• Lead end-to-end design of a new feature or product module with guidance.
  

Nice-to-have (not required):

• Experience with user testing, accessibility, or motion/interaction design.
• Knowledge of SaaS workflows or AI-powered tools.
