Invisible Warriors is hiring: Public Relations in New Market

Are you passionate about supporting unsung heroes? Do you have a talent for storytelling and media relations? Invisible Warriors is seeking a dedicated volunteer Public Relations Specialist to help amplify the voices of those who work tirelessly behind the scenes to make our community better for women veterans dealing with PTSD/MST and invisible illnesses.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement PR strategies to increase awareness of Invisible Warriors' mission
• Write press releases, media pitches, and social media content
• Build relationships with local media outlets and community partners
• Assist in organizing events to highlight the work of our unsung heroes
• Track media coverage and analyze PR campaign effectiveness

Ideal Qualifications:

• Experience in public relations, communications, or journalism
• Strong writing and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and PR tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for community service and recognizing unsung heroes

Time Commitment: 5-10 hours per week, flexible schedule
