We’re seeking a mid-level Post-Production & Development Producer who can thrive in both creative development and post-production. You’ll research and shape reality/docu-series concepts, design pitch decks, produce shoots and interviews, and work closely with editors, designers, and audio/color specialists to deliver campaigns across broadcast, streaming, and digital platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and research reality/docu-series ideas; build pitch decks.
• Produce interviews, shoots, and on-location content.
• Manage campaigns across entertainment and related sectors.
• Collaborate with editors, writers, designers, audio, and color teams to deliver flawless assets.
• Ensure deliverables meet broadcast, streaming, and social media standards.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of marketing agency experience (entertainment preferred).
• Blend of development, production, and post-production expertise.
• Strong knowledge of editorial workflows (Avid, ProRes, DNx) and finishing processes.
• Excellent client communication and project management skills.

Location: Los Angeles (Hybrid)

Schedule: Flexible, with occasional evenings/weekends
