Job Description
Perform day-to-day administrative support to leadership and team members.
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and assist with project coordination.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries with professionalism.
• Create, edit, and maintain company documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Support marketing efforts by:
◦ Assisting with website updates and SEO improvements.
◦ Managing and creating content for company social media platforms.
◦ Assisting with online reputation management and digital campaigns.
◦ Tracking analytics and providing performance reports.
• Collaborate with vendors, partners, and team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and promotional activities.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization.
• Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive problem solver with strong time management skillsExperience with WordPress, Wix, or similar website CMS.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Ads, or similar tools.
• Basic graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) a plus
