Candidates for the CMO position should have a BA/BS degree in marketing, communication, or business, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 12 years of related work experience. A strong background in marketing strategy, digital and social media, brand and content strategy, and game presentation and events strategy is essential. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in managing and collaborating with cross-functional teams, as well as the ability to build and lead a high-performing team. Financial responsibility, business planning, and experience in the sport and entertainment industry are also key qualifications.
