Career Collective is hiring: Architectural Designer in Lawrenceville

We are seeking an Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the project manager and managing principal to develop project designs from conceptual sketches through construction documents. The successful candidate will have experience in architecture and design production in Revit.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the project manager and managing principal to develop project designs from conceptual sketches through construction documents.
• Interpret and apply relevant building codes.
• Develop and maintain positive professional working relationships with team members in a collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
• Provide consistent and timely communication of project information to and from the project team.
• Produce aesthetically appealing designs and renderings.

Experience:

• Experience in architecture and design production in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited university.
• Experience in CAD software, with Autodesk Revit (BIM) experience being mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Sketchup and Adobe Photoshop is desirable.
