Marketing Coordinator role at Rocket Alumni Solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and driven marketing professional to assist in planning, implementation, and optimization of strategies to drive leads and enhance brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a background in athletics and a strong passion for marketing, with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Rocket Alumni Solutions powers interactive touchscreen recognition software for 1,000+ organizations across education, sports, and enterprise. Our clients include the PGA Tour, Texas A&M, Dartmouth, Shell Oil, UC Berkeley, and more. Responsibilities
Develop & Execute Marketing Strategies:
Assist in the promotion of Rocket’s touchscreen Hall of Fame, including email marketing, social media, and more. Become a Subject Matter Expert:
Become an authority on our product and our core customers: high school and college athletic administrators. Lead Generation Efforts:
Own frequent outreach campaigns through Hubspot (our CRM platform). Create Compelling Marketing Materials:
Collaborate with other departments on blog posts, graphics, social content, newsletters, promotional materials, and more. Trade Show Strategy:
Manage and coordinate Rocket’s national, year-round schedule of trade shows and conferences. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Recent and/or upcoming college grads encouraged to apply. Some internship experience OR experience in a full-time marketing position. A background in athletics and a passion for sports marketing preferred. Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques. Ability to learn and become proficient in new processes/workflows rapidly. Effective, confident, and comfortable communicator. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Must be able to commute at least 3 times per week. From the PGA Tour, to all levels of college athletics, to public and private high schools large and small.
