Overview Audible is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Art to concept, lead, and execute global 360 marketing campaigns that elevate the Audible brand and deepen listener engagement worldwide. This is a hands-on role for a high-level thinker and doersomeone who can bring bold, original ideas to life across all channels, including digital, social, experiential, broadcast, and out-of-home.
Responsibilities Lead the art direction and design for global brand campaignsfrom pitch to productionacross a wide range of formats and platforms
Partner closely with a Copywriter ACD counterpart to concept, develop, and present integrated creative ideas
Champion a modern, globally-minded aesthetic that reflects Audibles diverse audiences and evolving identity
Manage and mentor junior creatives and designers, providing direction, feedback, and inspiration
Collaborate with producers, editors, and external partners to ensure best-in-class execution across video, motion, digital, social, and print
Present work to senior leadership and stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and strategic grounding
Uphold and evolve the Audible visual identity system while pushing creative boundaries
Stay on top of design trends, tech innovation, and cultural shifts to ensure Audible remains a leader in brand creativity

Qualifications 7+ years of experience in an advertising agency, brand, or media environment, with a strong portfolio of global, integrated campaigns
Experience in art direction across digital, social, video, experiential, and traditional media
Experience working with design systems, typography, motion principles, and emerging media formats
