Key Responsibilities
- Set the vision for, design, and lead the implementation of comprehensive, data-driven marketing and communication plans that reflect and strengthen our core strategic priorities.
- Oversee four primary pillars:
- Communication & Brand Strategy: Shape compelling messaging that resonates with diverse audiences and supports strategic objectives.
- Brand Identity & Visual Strategy: Elevate our visual presence and champion a consistent, recognizable brand voice.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop high-impact campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and measurable growth.
- Marketing Insights: Leverage analytics to inform strategy, optimize performance, and demonstrate ROI.
Advise senior leadership and functional teams on all communication matters, providing expertise that unlocks new opportunities and strengthens organizational cohesion.
Empower branches and functional areas to surpass their goals, delivering tailored communication and marketing support that fuels their success.

What You Bring
- Proven leadership experience in marketing and communications at the executive level, with a track record of driving growth and engagement through actionable strategies.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor of Arts
Experience
5 years
Progressive marketing experience, preferably in a financial environment.
4 years
Experience with data analytics and an aptitude for using data and metrics to guide decision-making.
