You’ll lead US Mobile’s content vision, shaping and delivering fresh ideas across written and video formats. From product launches to campaigns, you’ll create and manage content that inspires customers, drives engagement, and boosts conversions – while building scalable processes to continually optimize impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead US Mobile’s content vision across written and video formats for product launches, campaigns, and ongoing customer engagement.
  • Own end-to-end content marketing programs, from concept through production, distribution, and performance optimization.
  • Create and oversee multi-format content (blogs, videos, email, social media) with quality and on-brand storytelling.
  • Partner with growth, product, and design teams to maintain consistent messaging.
  • Use data and insights to shape strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure impact on awareness, conversion, and long-term growth.
  • Establish scalable processes, workflows, and content guidelines.
  • Explore innovative formats (short-form video, interactive content, new distribution platforms) to stay ahead of trends.

Qualifications

  • Experience working on consumer-facing technology.
  • Ability to develop and drive the overall content strategy and editorial calendar.
  • Experience owning end-to-end content programs from concept through distribution and optimization.
  • Proficiency in creating and overseeing multi-format content (blogs, videos, email, social).
  • Strong collaboration with growth, product, and design teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to measure and optimize impact.
  • Ability to establish scalable processes and content guidelines.
