We are a Health Insurance Agency offering Medicare and Marketplace health insurance (Obamacare).

Role

Our office is looking for a Customer Service Specialist/Video Editor for our YouTube channel at our Downtown Leesburg, FL office. The job duties include answering calls, setting up appointments, communicating with clients and referral sources, editing videos, providing resources to the community, and performing other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries
• Set up and schedule appointments
• Communicate with clients and referral sources
• Edit videos for the YouTube channel
• Provide resources to the community
• Perform other duties as assigned
