About the Position

Ensemble Schools is seeking a fun, experienced, and professional guitar instructor to teach part-time at Old Towne Music in Swedesboro, New Jersey. We are looking for teachers who will instruct in person.

Teachers can set their availability within our open hours as needed, but both students and school staff appreciate consistency and preference will be given to candidates with greater availability.

Qualifications

  • Strong music background evidenced by a degree in music performance or equivalent performing experience
  • Demonstrated love of teaching and experience working with young musicians
  • Reliable punctuality and transportation
  • Ability to pass a routine background check

Compensation and Benefits

Instructor pay is commensurate with experience and education and will be in the range of $29-32/hour. A 401(K) program with employer matching is available after 90 days. Health benefit packages are available for part- and full-time employees.
