Overview

SEM Engineering Process Analysis Technician needed for a 6-month contract to hire opportunity with Yoh’s client located in Santa Clara, California.

Pay Rate: $30 to $34 per hour

What You Will Be Doing

• Cross section SEM (scanning electron microscope) analysis technician
• Prepare samples by cleaving wafers and analyzing the samples
• Shift: Sunday to Wednesday, 4 days x 10 hours / day (day shift or swing shift)
• Support other metrology tools to measure wafers
• Wear clean room garments in some cases
• Able to carry 25 wafer fully loaded FOUP or FOSB
• Follow SOP and MES operation procedures and process the wafers
• Collect inspection data and provide data to engineering review
• Follow engineering instructions and assist experimental wafer processing
• Comply with safety requirements and IP protection protocol

What You Need to Bring to the Table

• Scanning Electron Microscope experience
• Strong data analytics skill
• Hands-on for lab operations, including sample handling and equipment operations
• Team player

• 2 to 4 years of experience
