Legacy Commodities Brokerage in West Los Angeles seeks a Technical SEO and AI Operations Specialist on a freelance/contract basis.

Responsibilities

1. Technical & On-page SEO
   • Fix H1/canonical/metadata issues; reduce 404s; improve CWV; maintain XML sitemaps.
2. Website maintenance (WordPress)
   • Safely manage plugin updates staging → prod deploys, and daily backups; coordinate with developers as needed.
3. AI in the workflow (enablement, not hype)
   • Implement and measure AI chatbot/RAG against your content (evaluate proposals like the Zoho SalesIQ + GPT RAG build; tune prompts & guardrails).
   • Build content ops with AI (briefing, clustering, internal linking, entity mapping), with strict compliance (flag profit-claim risks and other compliance requirements).
4. Rank for AI queries (GEO / Generative search visibility)
   • Expand Generative Engine Optimization: produce citation-worthy, structured, and policy-rich pages that LLMs prefer; ensure robots/AI crawler directives are correct.
