Job Summary
Icebox Cryotherapy Studio is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Studio Manager for a full-time position at our location. This position is responsible for providing leadership and daily direction to all Wellness Coordinators and Estheticians, as well as exemplifying Icebox customer service philosophy, educating clients on services, and providing an exceptional client experience. As the lead for the sales function, the Assistant Studio Manager must help execute a lead generation / sales process to increase revenue and member base as well as promote the health and wellness benefits that are associated with a healthy lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Develop a high energy culture through contests and incentive-based motivation.
• Model all studio activities through self-involvement (leading by example).
• Promote the health and wellness benefits that are associated with a healthy lifestyle.
• Properly manage and exceed assigned revenue/ member base goals.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
• Maximize revenue by selling all facets of the business.
• Manage, monitor, develop, and evaluate the performance of staff.
• Assist in managing disciplinary actions involving all Icebox studio employees.
• Create relationships with guests to further personalize their experience and maintain the highest level of customer service.
• Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained, and operationally sound.
• Ensure ICEBOX branding and culture through consistency and continuity in all actions.

Qualifications

• Min 2-3 years of previous sales experience required.
• 1 year of management experience is preferred, including directly overseeing all aspects of staff management from hiring, training, supporting, discipline, and termination.
• Solid understanding of membership sales and operational excellence.
• Proven sales leadership.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor
• Solid verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to multi-task and manage client and staff concerns in a fast-paced environment.
• Keen on driving sales and service excellence.
• Ability to work and function in a team environment.
• Health & Fitness minded people strongly preferred.
• Associate or bachelors degree.
• Be able to lift 50 lbs.
