Responsibilities
- Define and execute the design strategy for Fractal’s new AI Agentic SaaS product, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product roadmap.
- Lead UX/UI research to deliver intuitive, accessible, and world-class product experiences for enterprise CPG users.
- Champion a user-centric culture across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success teams.
- Develop and enforce design principles, style guides, and design systems that create consistency and scalability across product features.
- Partner with Product and Strategy teams to translate requirements into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Drive usability testing, feedback sessions, and continuous iteration to ensure customer satisfaction and adoption.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Marketing to ensure product visuals and messaging are cohesive and compelling.
- Mentor and lead design talent (internal or contracted), building a culture of creativity and design excellence.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA) and enterprise usability expectations.

- Proven ability to deliver beautiful, functional, and intuitive SaaS product designs that balance user needs with business goals.
- Track record of leading UX/UI research and design strategy in high-growth, innovation-driven environments.
- Strong advocate for design thinking and user-centered approaches within cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated skill in making tradeoffs between speed, scale, and design quality in fast-paced MVP environments.
- Excellent storytelling skills; can articulate design rationale to executives, engineers, and customers alike.
- Creative leader who thrives in a collaborative, ambiguous environment while driving clarity and execution.
Qualifications and Skills
- 10+ years of experience in design leadership, product design, or UX/UI research, with at least 5 years in SaaS or enterprise platforms.
- Hands-on expertise in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision) and prototyping workflows.
- Strong portfolio showcasing enterprise SaaS product design and UX research outcomes.
- Deep knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, and usability testing methods.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude and passion for designing products that delight users and drive adoption.
Pay
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: Up to $234,000. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
