Responsibilities

• 5+ years’ experience as a UX Researcher.
• The resource will not be involved in any UX designing, building new products or will be using any UX designing tools.
• This role will be involved in a lot of UX Research and development of UX strategies. – MUST HAVE solid past experience
• Must have experience creating user journey maps which can involve documenting current state, pain points of the users and how products work with each other.
• The resource will need to come up with insights, interact with user groups while working alongside other UX researchers.
• Will be involved in persona research.
• Creating presentations (PPTs) for presenting strategies.
• Experience with Mural tool or similar is needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
