Responsibilities

• Manage AI transformation roadmap for C2 systems.
• Design and oversee integration of AI capabilities (e.g., CV, NLP, anomaly detection) into operational C2 environments.
• Lead projects across video analytics, incident summarisation, and pattern detection.
• Data & Model Management. Develop data acquisition, cleaning, labelling and fusion strategies from sensor feeds, video, and public datasets.
• Drive model lifecycle management.
• Ensure AI solutions meet operational requirements and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Experience in applied AI with at least 3 years in systems-level leadership.
• Strong experience in AI/ML for real-time systems (e.g., CV, NLP, sensor fusion).
• Experience in AI integration into C2 or mission-critical systems.
• Knowledge of MLOps, edge/cloud deployment, and secure data architectures.
• Knowledge AI governance principles.
