What You’ll Do

  • Run and scale high-performing paid marketing campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google to supercharge our inbound growth in the US
  • Hit pipeline and revenue goals by launching new campaigns fast, testing aggressively, and optimizing relentlessly
  • Plan and execute full-funnel paid strategies, including messaging and creatives, landing pages, lead flows, and conversion paths - in hours, not days
  • Own and evolve our creative testing roadmap, from ad concepts to copy and formats, crafting compelling ad copy while precisely briefing our design team to build creatives that resonate with our target audience and drive performance
  • Use data and reporting tools (Posthog, HubSpot, etc.) to identify insights, adjust bidding/budget strategies, and improve ROI across campaigns
  • Drive new initiatives like paid influencer partnerships, industry newsletter buys, and Demand Gen programs
  • Manage and continuously optimize our website and landing pages for conversion, implementing smart SEO strategies to increase discoverability and drive organic growth
  • Collaborate closely with the content team to develop high-performing assets that support paid campaigns and engage prospects throughout the funnel
  • Design and execute structured A/B tests and rapid growth experiments to unlock channel efficiencies and campaign breakthroughs
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and constantly explore innovative, first-mover tactics to drive long-term growth and channel performance

What You’ll Bring

  • You have a proven track record of scaling B2B paid media campaigns at 6–7 figures/month, ideally in SaaS, with bonus points for eComm or agency experience.
  • You bring deep platform expertise, with Meta as your core channel, LinkedIn as a close second, and strong Google Ads experience.
  • You operate with an owner’s mindset, treating spend like your own, executing with precision, and consistently pushing past targets.
  • You know how to craft strategic narratives that resonate with audiences and collaborate closely with design to bring high-performing creative to life.
  • You are highly analytical, diving into Ads Manager, Posthog, and HubSpot to make data-led decisions and continuously improve performance.
  • You are constantly experimenting, learning quickly, and scaling the tactics that deliver results.
  • You thrive in scrappy startup environments, staying resilient through change and adapting at speed.
