Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.

We’re looking for a Lead Growth Marketer, Acquisition to own our top-of-funnel motion, accountable for driving monthly trial signups for our PLG business. This lead will define the acquisition strategy, scale programs, and execute campaigns that increase both the volume and quality of Self Service trials. The ideal candidate will have a generalist growth marketing background, with proven success creating strategies and execution to grow zero to one stage businesses.

The role blends strategy and execution: you’ll set the vision, build a roadmap, and then roll up your sleeves to analyze funnel data, optimize campaigns, and run high-impact initiatives. You’ll partner with Website, Paid Media, SEO, Product Marketing, and Analytics to remove friction in the signup journey and ensure signups convert into long-term customers. You’ll play a critical role on the PLG Revenue Leadership team.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Oakland, CA or Denver, CO offices. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the monthly trial signup target for Fivetran’s PLG business.
  • Develop and execute scalable acquisition strategies across paid, organic, referral, and partner channels.
  • Partner with the Website team to optimize conversion rates across landing pages and signup flows.
  • Build and prioritize an experimentation roadmap to accelerate trial growth and improve trial quality.
  • Track performance, establish leading indicators, and report on progress weekly/monthly.
  • Collaborate with Analytics to segment trial users and align acquisition with ICP and revenue goals.
  • Serve as the voice of the potential trial user, representing their needs in cross-functional forums.
  • Establish repeatable playbooks and scale acquisition programs globally.

Skills We’re Looking For

  • 6–8 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or acquisition roles, ideally in SaaS or PLG environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret funnel data, diagnose problems, and act on insights.
  • Experience in at least two acquisition channels (paid search, SEO, CRO, partnerships) with working knowledge of others and ability to think outside the box; growth hacking mindset.
  • Comfort running structured tests and experiments, measuring impact, and iterating quickly.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, influencing teams across Marketing, Product, and Analytics.
  • Impact-oriented: motivated by moving the needle on KPIs and business results.
  • Bias for action: you move fast, prioritize sharply, and turn insights into results.
  • Resilient, results-oriented, and energized by owning a high-stakes growth target.

Pay range and benefits are described below.

Pay Range

The pay range shown reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the target position and level. Denver Pay Range: $147,496 — $184,370 USD.
