We're seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to drive financial strategy and insights for our global Advertising team. If you're passionate about transforming the streaming video landscape and love turning complex data into strong business narratives, this role is your next career breakthrough.

Key job responsibilities -

Lead comprehensive financial planning cycles, identifying critical business drivers, risks, and opportunities -

Develop sophisticated reporting frameworks supporting monthly and quarterly business reviews -

Enhance understanding of how content and product strategies translate into advertising performance -

Collaborate across finance teams to optimize controllership and streamline planning processes -

Create data-driven insights that inform strategic decision-making

You'll dive deep into data, uncovering insights that shape our advertising business, and translate complex financial information into clear, actionable recommendations that drive our team's success.

About the team We are a forward-thinking group of financial professionals dedicated to revolutionizing advertising in the streaming world. Our team thrives on innovation, collaboration, and the opportunity to make a significant impact in a rapidly evolving industry. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: - 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science) - 4+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience - Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results - Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis - Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards) - MBA

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $85,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
